2. Project review: We provide an expert review of your current project and provide a report of what is working well, what needs improvement and recommend any corrective actions as necessary.  Ideal for confirmation of project status by client and senior management.
3. Training: We provide earned value management and project management training.  You can take our standard training which is offered at both our facility and your own facility.  We also provide customized training for your company or project team. 
4. Assistance Setting up New Project: We provide assistance in setting up a new project.  From putting together a WBS, laying out the cost, schedule and earned value. Ideal if you are starting a new project and want to make sure you are starting it right or have technical experts and are in need of a project manager to pull the information together.
5. Assistance with Processes and Procedures to comply with standards: We provide assistance in putting together processes and procedures for your company.  We will review, evaluate and write-up your current practice into processes and procedures.  We can also provide you with a tailored set from our proprietary processes and procedures.
6. Proposal writing and review: We provide proposal writers and reviewers to ensure compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFPs) requirement.  Expert with Omnibus, Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) task orders as well as full and open RFPs.
